According to the latest news, it seems that Tesla is going to delay the Cybertruck to late 2023. So, considering that, the new pickup truck could be called 2024 Tesla Cybertruck. As you probably know, Tesla announced the Cybertruck back in 2019, and CEO Elon Musk said production would begin in late 2021.
However, considering the Covid-19 outbreak and the shortage of electric chips, Musk made comments recently suggesting the futuristic truck won’t come until the next year. To summarize, the forthcoming Tesla Cybertruck is an all-electric pickup truck that will go against Ford F-150 Lightning, GMC Hummer EV, Rivian R1T, and the Chevy Silverado EV.
2024 Tesla Cybertruck Design
Thanks to its odd design, the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck is a head turner. In general, this pickup truck looks like it was dropped off by an alien race or from science fiction movies. It comes with a sharp-edged exterior using scratch- and dent-resistant stainless steel.
Tesla officials claim that this truck is one of the toughest in the world. The Cybertruck chassis can handle floorboard battery and is promoted as an exoskeleton. Considering that the stainless is resistant to corrosion, the body of this truck doesn’t need paint at all.
Interior
Just like the Tesla Model 3 interior, the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck offers the same clean look. So, there is only an eye-catching dashboard with one large touchscreen. The Cybertruck also comes with a squared-off steering wheel that has an illuminated display.
However, we do not know at the moment if every configuration has a big 17-inch touchscreen that horizontally sits in the center of the dashboard. Long story short, the Tesla Cybertruck will also be able to seat up to six people, offering 100 cubic feet of volume.

2024 Tesla Cybertruck Motor Spec
The new 2024 Tesla Cybertruck is an all-electric pickup that’s available with not just one, not just two, but three electric motors. The model that uses a single-motor truck has rear-wheel drive, while the other two and three-motor models have all-wheel drive. Tesla claims that the new Cybertruck can run from zero to 60 mph in 6.5 seconds and top out at 110 mph with a single motor setup.
However, with a dual-motor, will reportedly run to 60 mph in just 4.5 ticks and have top speed of 120 mph, will with three motors amazing run in 2.9 seconds. Tesla also claims that the maximum tow rating is 7500 and 10,000 pounds, respectively. Interestingly, choosing the models with a third motor, you can tow a whopping 14,000 pounds.
