The new 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X is a very popular off-road-ready pickup truck that is supposed to go on sale later this year. This model looks attractive, and it differs from other 4×4 Frontiers models thanks to its larger tires, off-road-tuned shocks, skid plates, and locking center differential.
However, compared to other off-road- pickups like the Tacoma TRD Pro or the Colorado ZR2, that’s a fairly short list of equipment. Both mentioned models are offering even more, providing excellent off-roading. Anyway, the Nissan Frontier Pro 4X is a trail-ready truck, built to easily tackle radical terrains. On top of that, it’s powered by a 3,8 V6 gasoline engine making 310 horses and 281 lb.-ft of torque.
2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X Design
The exterior design of the 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X is stylish and recognized thanks to Lava Red accents. Unlike the standard model, the PRO-4X is unmistakable more handsome and is ideal for rough terrains. It comes with Bilstein off-road shocks that will definitively help you easily tackle any ruts, rocks, and roots with confidence.
On top of that, the manufacturer also protected most vulnerabilities underneath. They added skid plates that protect the engine, oil pan, transfer case, and the fuel tank from rocks and other terrain debris. The PRO-4X also comes with all-terrain tires ideal for a variety of surfaces.
Modern and Comfortable Interior
Unlike the base model, the forthcoming 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X looks more modern and comfortable inside. This truck offers a unique look and a distinctive feel thanks to new Lava Red stitching on the seats, doors, center console, steering wheel and shifter. The seats are very supportive, even on very long trips. Inside, you’ll find many new technologies including a large infotainment system and Around View Monitor with Off-Road Mode. This system shows the trail around that you can easily navigate tougher obstacles.
Perhaps the most innovative feature of this truck is an Off-road Gauges that will inform you about many off-road functions. Nissan’s Safety Shield 360 is available as standard, and it includes automatic emergency braking, a blind-spot monitor, lane-departure warning, and rear cross-traffic alert with automatic braking.
