The 2023 Chevrolet Silverado High Country is the pinnacle of truck’s perfection. So, if you’re looking for a truck that has strong engines, solid handling, and a great list of tech features, then this model is worth considering. However, we must mention that Silverado still can’t match the half-ton Ram TRX’s ride quality, and that isn’t impressive as a Ford rival. However, it’s a very competitive full-size pickup thanks to its various engines.
Just like its predecessor, the forthcoming Silverado High Country is available with the same four engines. You can choose a standard 2.7-liter 4-cylinder or to get more stronger 5.3-liter V8, 6.2-liter V8, and 3.0-liter turbodiesel models.

2023 Chevrolet Silverado High Country Exterior
On the cosmetic side, the 2023 Chevrolet Silverado High Country will not significantly differ from the original one. The main difference is visible at the front thanks to some additional chrome in the grille. Also, this model comes with a much larger wheels, 22 inches in diameter.
The ZR2 model, on the other hand, is the best option if you need a more athletic aesthetic. This truck version has black 18-inch wheels wrapped in 33-inch all-terrain tires, a black plastic “Chevrolet” wordmark grille, red recovery points up front, and a more unique grille.
Cabin Features
Considering that the 2023 Chevrolet Silverado High Country is the pinnacle on offer, its cabin looks more luxurious than the other models. Overall, the seating layout remains the same, and just like the original version, the High Country offers enough room for up to five occupants.
With premium High-Country trim, this model will boast leather upholstery, open-pore wood trim, body-color bumpers, and Bose premium audio. Also, we must mention that GM’s clever Super Cruise semi-autonomous driving system is offered as well, but only as an option in the High Country. We recommended getting a large 13.4-in touchscreen infotainment system over the standard 8 inches, as well as a 12.3-in digital gauge cluster.
